1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Urban VPN or accessing geturbanvpn.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please stop using the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Urban VPN is a free peer-to-peer VPN service. In exchange for using the Service, your device may contribute a portion of its unused bandwidth to power the network. This is the foundation of Urban VPN's sustainable free model. You can opt out of bandwidth contribution in the application settings.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users between 13 and 18 require parental consent.

4. Permitted Use

You may use Urban VPN for: private browsing and IP masking, accessing geo-restricted content, protecting data on public networks, streaming, gaming, and general internet use within applicable laws.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Service for: illegal activities of any kind, distributing malware or harmful content, unauthorized access to systems, DDoS attacks, spam or phishing, copyright infringement, or any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.

6. Peer-to-Peer Bandwidth Sharing

By using Urban VPN, you acknowledge that a portion of your device's unused bandwidth may be used to route other users' encrypted traffic. We do not log, inspect, or store this traffic. You may disable bandwidth contribution in the app settings, though this may affect connection quality.

7. Intellectual Property

Urban VPN software, branding, and all associated intellectual property are proprietary. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software under these Terms.

8. Privacy

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED"AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE OPERATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
